excellent hotel experience

helpful staff polite staff good selection thai options

i found the staff helpful and polite. they quickly helped me with arranging transportation. the room had a minibar with a good selection. the hotel provided complimentary fruit daily. breakfast had many thai options and i always found something tasty.

the air conditioning was a little too powerful.

breakfast includes both thai dishes and western choices. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs cooked to order. the coffee tasted strong. the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating options.

The pool features a shallow end suitable for kids. i noticed plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool. the garden looked well maintained with local plants. i did use the gym. It has basic equipment such as treadmills.

the reception staff speaks english and was always very attentive. room service was prompt, and requests were accommodated quickly. housekeeping always ensured the room felt clean. the staff was able to arrange tours.

charming hotel with really good service

The staff were lovely! whether at breakfast, at the canal restaurant, or at reception, all the staff were helpful and courteous. i stayed in a grand beautiful room balcony. It was spacious, with a large, comfy bed. i recommend paying a little extra for a room facing the garden. It is tranquil, though the pool adds happiness to the laid-back vibe.

Excellent Weeklong Stay

comfortable bed thai style helpful staff

The beds were super comfortable and peaceful. A working TV provided English music documentaries. Breakfast was amazing and helped me throughout the day. Staff helped with transport and printing visas. I spent hours lounging around the pool. The hotel is in the Thai style which adds to the experience.
